All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Charges & Offers
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase value as displayed on the website.

3. Delivery Timeline
Your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and other factors.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS. After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared so you can monitor your shipment status in real time.

5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delivery timelines are subject to the courier company’s operations and serviceability in your area.

6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be marked as undelivered and returned to our warehouse.

7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Derm ‘O’ Que will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Order Status & Delays
In case of delays beyond the estimated timeframe, customers are advised to contact our support team. We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please do not accept it and report the issue immediately to our support team.

10. Partial Shipments
In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. Customers will be informed accordingly.

11. Serviceable Locations
